Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and Gamblish ("Company", "we", "us"), governing your access to and use of the Gamblishonline gaming platform, including casino games, sports betting, peer-to-peer raffles, and all related services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Online gambling is a regulated activity. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our Services complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to restrict access to the Services from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher
Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
Not be self-excluded from any gambling service
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
Not access the Services through automated or non-human means (bots, scripts, or similar)
Provide truthful, accurate, and current registration information

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, void any pending wagers, and withhold any funds in your account pending investigation.

Account Registration and Security

You may only maintain one account with Gamblish. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of funds. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@gamblish.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

We accept payments via Stripe (card payments), PayPal, MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, and cryptocurrency via NowPayments. All payment processing is handled by these third-party providers under their own terms and privacy policies.

All deposits are credited to your Gamblish wallet balance as platform credits.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible.
We reserve the right to verify your identity before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts.
Minimum and maximum deposit/withdrawal limits may apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, odds, or payouts, even after a transaction has been processed.

Wallet and Credits

Your Gamblish wallet holds platform credits that can be used to place wagers, enter raffles, and participate in games. Credits have no cash value until withdrawn. All credit movements (deposits, wagers, winnings, withdrawals) are recorded in your transaction history. We reserve the right to freeze or forfeit credits in cases of suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or regulatory requirements.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games offered on Gamblish are subject to the specific rules displayed within each game. Game outcomes are determined by verifiable algorithms. We reserve the right to void any wager or reverse any payout if we determine, at our sole discretion, that:

A technical error affected the game outcome
The wager was placed in violation of these Terms
Collusion, fraud, or exploitation of a system vulnerability occurred
The Player used automated tools or bots

Raffles

Gamblish offers peer-to-peer raffles where Players can create and participate in raffles. Raffle creators set the entry fee and prize structure. Gamblish may charge a commission on raffle proceeds. All raffle outcomes are determined algorithmically. By creating a raffle, you agree that the prize will be distributed to the winner(s) as determined by the platform.

Sports Betting

Sports betting odds are determined by Gamblish and may change up until the start of an event. Bets placed after an event has started may be voided. Gamblish reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion. Settlement of bets is based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport.

Responsible Gambling

Gamblish is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools and resources to help you manage your gaming activity:

Self-exclusion , You may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from our Services by contacting support@gamblish.com. During self-exclusion, you will be unable to access your account or place wagers.
Account closure , You may close your account at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned to you minus any pending obligations.

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Use the Services if you are under the legal gambling age
Create multiple accounts or allow others to use your account
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Services
Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game
Collude with other Players to manipulate game outcomes
Use the Services for money laundering or any illegal purpose
Circumvent geographic restrictions or identity verification
Engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other Players or staff

Intellectual Property

All content on the Gamblish platform, including source code, graphics, game designs, text, logos, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Gamblish and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION OF THE SERVICES. GAMBLING INVOLVES RISK, YOU MAY LOSE MONEY. PAST RESULTS DO NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE OUTCOMES.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Gamblish AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT DEPOSITED BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or inactivity. Upon termination, any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our obligations.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation by contacting support@gamblish.com. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in the Company's jurisdiction. You agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the dispute between you and Gamblish individually, and shall not be consolidated with any other proceedings.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must discontinue use and close your account.
